Only a limited number of individual plots available.

Clear, plain English written agreement ready to sign.

Expectations
No chemical fertilizers or pesticides. You must provide your own fertilizers and organic pesticides.

Bed holders must learn how to operate the watering and irrigation system to avoid waste.

Plot fees are due in advance from commencement date.

A bed holder enters at their own risk and is required to be covered by insurance (details on request).

Share skills and knowledge about permaculture and organic food growing.

The bed holder is required to tend to and seasonally  plant out the garden bed. If the bed is not up kept on a regular basis (weed control, etc.) the plot holder may risk having their bed reallocated. Plots cannot be sub-let to other people. If no activity after two months the plot will be reallocated (without refunds). If extended leave is needed, or exceptional circumstances, please contact me to discuss organising cover.

The bed holder must sign and abide by the written agreement.
