Dutch House to be preserved as a cafe

9 Macdevitt Street, Coopers Plains is currently home to Oxley Creek Catchment Association (OCCA)

Coopers Plains may have a unique tourist attraction coming its way.

One of only 15 remaining Housing Commission homes built by the Dutch in the 1950s may be set aside for public access. A community initiative, the project is to be run as a NFP business. Click on the photos for more information.
