The Biggest News Item Being Ignored
Few mainstream media outlets are covering the lead-up to the most consequential High Court case of the century. White Australia Party vs The Commonwealth is the front line in the legal battle over multiculturalism. On the first day of the hearing – the 8th of September – it is difficult to find any reporting without digging and searching. The hearing continues for one more day and judgement is expected in a month or so.

In the wake of the Bondi Beach attack, the Albanese government introduced the Combatting Antisemitism, Hate And Extremism Bill 2026. It was used to disband the White Australia Party. Rather than targeting the perpetrators of the attack – radical Islam – the laws have been used to target the government’s political enemies; the most virulent opponents of multiculturalism. The Liberal Party supported it, despite the government having an outright majority. The White Australia Party is challenging the constitutional validity of the laws. Their submissions rely on the historical legal precedent set by the federal government’s failed attempt to ban the Australian Communist Party in the 1950s.
Stacking the High Court

Meanwhile, the High Court of Australia now has a majority of women justices for the first time. “In appointing Justice Jayne Jagot to the High Court, the Albanese government has made history: for the first time, the court will have a majority of women on its bench.” Why does this matter? Because with the appointment of certain kinds of women comes a certain kind of politics.
The government is largely unrestrained in making their appointments beyond a requirement they consult with state attorneys-general and the appointee meets the minimum qualifications of admission as a legal practitioner.
“The High Court of Australia has a majority of women justices for the first time. Here’s why that matters.” The Conversation. November 7, 2022
These minimal requirements expose the judicial system to the political bias of state attorneys-general over time. This makes a mockery of the Separation of Powers.
Calls to reform High Court appointment practice to improve diversity, transparency and accountability are not new.
But there is a world of difference between improving transparency and accountability, and promoting diversity. There is also a world of difference between promoting diversity and removing barriers to women who want to serve. Removing those barriers is altogether different to promoting them on the basis of their sex. This matters because the consequences of affirmative action in favour of women is only now coming to light.
Feminizing Society Is A Problem
Helen Andrews, an American conservative writer, commentator, and author known for her cultural criticism, explains the importance of understanding what happens when society is feminized. In an interview with TRIGGERnometry, at 17:51 she answers the question, “Is The Increased Feminization Of Institutions An Overall Negative?”
It is perhaps no coincidence that the White Australia Party is dominated by men.
Why Democracy Matters to the White Australia Party
The Nazis failed. They failed because they were designed to fail. They had no plan to improve the ‘master race’. Their ‘perfection’ and unwavering devotion to one man was their undoing. Hitler made numerous strategic mistakes during the war that could have been avoided had the Nazi leadership accommodated more debate. Shutting down freedom of speech was ruinous. Without those mistakes, Hitler might have conquered Europe. But in the long run, their economic model, predicated on expansion and plunder to fund its debt, was doomed to fail.

Ultimately their unwillingness to be stimulated by differences, to absorb them, adapt and benefit from them, to use them to culturally and politically innovate, meant they had no future. All absence of nurturing in the Nazi party was best exemplified by Hitler’s successor: There was no one.
The key to success is getting the right balance of diversity. Too many ingredients creates mud. Successful socio-cultural evolution is like a successful recipe; the right combination and number of ingredients for a particular outcome. Each outcome is unique. Socio-cultural evolution is not planned or designed like cooking. Boundaries and interfaces between cultures are historically and geographically determined.
Aussie Patriots aren’t Nazis because Australia was founded on a biracial basis (Aborigines were British subjects). In many ways, our story is one of exploring and debating social homogeneity (White Australia) and diversity (multiculturalism). People who fear Australian patriotism don’t understand Australian culture, history or our character. Our ancestors fought and defeated the German Nazis, then voted against banning the Communist Party. In my lifetime we have voted overwhelmingly to give Aborigines equal rights under the law. Then we jumped headlong into multiculturalism, which derailed genuine reconciliation. See Biculturalism.
