Credit Contract

Equanimity Foundation Credit Contract

Equanimity Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”) guarantees to redeem this Credit with any product or service the Foundation advertises, at the price advertised, with in the time limit prescribed on the credit issued.

If the Foundation fails to fulfil this Credit with goods or services, this Credit becomes a lien against the equity of the Foundation for the amount shown on the Credit.
